The Burnsville Chick-fil-A offers an optional 3 DAY WORK WEEK that allows full time employees to work 6 long days with 7 days off in a row! This would give you a full week of work off every other week while still working 40 hours a week. The 3 day work week is not a requirement for full time employees, just an option to serve certain lifestyles and preferences.

As a Drive-Thru Team Member, you will get to work both indoor and outdoor using iPOS technology to take guests orders and deliver their food promptly and accurately. Greet Guests with a warm welcome Assist Guests with questions about the menu Enter order accurately in iPOS and clarify order details Repeat order with meal name to ensure order accuracy Relay order total to guest Receive payment Give guest clear direction to the next stop of their journey
