Additional Job Information Teachers will be employed based upon appropriate WV certification and summer school seniority. Teachers must be available to teach the entire session. Requests for vacation will not be approved and summer school absences are included when determining the sick leave incentive. Employees working extended contracts (summer school) who take leave without pay (dock), personal leave (leave without cause), personal illness, bereavement, maternity leave, and labor action (strike) shall constitute days absent toward eligibility in participation in sick leave bonus pay.
