We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver with a 26 ft box to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering goods to our clients. As an Owner Operator Driver, you will be responsible for managing your own vehicle and ensuring timely deliveries. OTR

Responsibilities

Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently. Navigate assigned routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Utilize manual transmission vehicles as required. Operate forklifts when necessary for loading and unloading tasks.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role with various truck types. Familiarity with route driving and logistics operations. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles proficiently. Experience with loading and unloading procedures for different cargo types. Knowledge of safety regulations related to transportation and delivery. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
