Position: Driver/Mover (MUST HAVE VALID DOT CERTIFICATE AND A FOR-HIRE ENDORESEMENT)

Responsibilities:

Safely load, unload, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings Assemble and disassemble furniture Handle customers' belongings with care Communicate effectively with team members and clients Provide exceptional customer service to both residential and commercial clients Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Educate clients about pricing and services, ensuring complete satisfaction Safely operate trucks and equipment Perform daily truck inspections and maintain supplies Make logistical decisions regarding disposal, donations, recycling, and job completion Prevent careless mistakes and maintain client satisfaction Check in regularly with supervisors for assignments and guidance

Compensation:

Average earnings of

$17-$21

per hour with incentives and tips

Schedules Available:

Full-time and part-time shifts

Requirements: (Only apply if you meet all of the requirements)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving history Reliable transportation to Granger, IN Eligibility to work in the United States Valid DOT Certificate and For-Hire Endorsement Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Adequate physical strength and stamina to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking

Experience:

Helpful but not required: general labor, loading, unloading, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work Helpful but not required: 1 year of customer service and sales experience

License/Certification:

DOT certificate and For-Hire Endorsement
