Job Description

Grub is a late night food truck in Moscow, serving scratch made macaroni and cheese, tacos and burritos. We've been serving the community for over 12 years.

Overview:
We are currently seeking a responsible and reliable candidate for Driver/Manager of our newest food truck opening in January/February 2026.

Duties:

- Communicate effectively with customers, crew members and owner
- Effectively manage staff
- Prep/cook/load food and supplies onto the truck
- Serve as a line cook or at other various positions on the truck
- Unload and cleanup at end of night

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pump out food fast and accurately as a line cook
- At least 1 year experience in fast paced commercial kitchen
- Attention to detail and pride in your performance
- Strong time management skills
- Valid drivers license with good driving record
- Age 21 or older

What we offer:
- $21-$23/hr. to start + Scheduled raises.
- 3-day weekends every week
- Your hours: Wednesday through Saturday 7:30pm to around 3:00am
- 5 weeks vacation
- Closed all holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
