St. Mary's Adult Medical Day Care is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing essential healthcare services to adults in a supportive and non-institutional environment. Our center offers nursing services, social work, and recreational therapy while ensuring safe transportation for our participants.
Summary
We are seeking a reliable AS NEEDED Driver to join our team at St. Mary's Adult Medical Day Care. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting participants to and from our center and possibly to medical appointments.
Responsibilities
Transport participants safely to and from the day care center which is open M-F. Assist individuals with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle. Ensure the vehicle is maintained in good working order and report any issues. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Provide excellent customer service to participants and their families during transport
Requirements
Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must be able to pass a DOT physical Experience in driving larger vehicles or buses. Strong communication skills for interacting with participants and staff. Be CPR/First Aid certified. Must be able to pass a drug test!
