Location: Henderson, Denver, Fort Lupton

Pay Rate: $31-$33 per hour, plus overtime

Key Area of Responsibility #1: Driver and Operator Supervision

• Ensure that all drivers work efficiently and safely
• Ensure that all necessary equipment and PPE is available to the employees and properly used
• Communicates with Dispatch to maintain efficient use of employees and equipment
• Co-ordinates with Dispatch and Plant Superintendent, any \xe2\x80\x98light duty\xe2\x80\x99 assignments that may arise
• Communicates all concerns and ideas from employees to proper management.

Key Area of Responsibility #2: Training and Performance

• Responsible for ensuring that new employees receive training and assessment.
• Ensures all necessary documents and testing required by employees is completed
• Monitors compliance of the Code of Conduct Manual by all employees
• Ensures drivers participate in all current training and safety program.
• Ensures that all mixer trucks are clean and in good working order.

Key Area of Responsibility #3: Site Supervision of Jobsites

• Determines proper access to jobsites prior to pour dates on all major pours
• Meets with customers to determine proper procedures for all pours
• Attends all pre-site meetings and acts as a liaison between customer and dispatch
• Attends the sites of all major pours and ensures efficient use of all equipment.
• Determines if any hazards exist and communicates them to both customer and dispatch.

Key Area of Responsibility #4: Equipment and Other Responsibilities

• Reports all equipment problems to the shop foreman as soon as possible.
• Helps, when necessary, other areas of the Ready-Mix Division
• Contributes to positive employee morale

Qualifications

• High School Graduate / GED or equivalent experience from within the Ready-Mix Concrete industry
• Class B Commercial Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License
• Preferred 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Basic computer skills
