9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit CDL drivers through multiple channels
Conduct phone screenings and onboarding support
Verify qualifications, safety records, and documentation
Maintain applicant tracking and follow-up communication
Support HR and operations with hiring needs
Requirements:
1+ year experience as a Driver Recruiter (preferred in U.S. trucking)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of DOT and safety requirements is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
