Job Overview

Windstar Lines has secured an onsite shuttle contract at one of the largest construction sites in Boise, ID. We are looking for an experienced driver recruiter to assist us in hiring bus drivers. We have 45 drivers on-site now and this will ramp up to over 100 drivers over the next several months and years. We are looking for someone that will own the driver recruiting process including being a part of the marketing. The company will provide the marketing materials and has access to quick turnaround to provide support for this position.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified driver candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and industry networks. Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate compatibility with company culture and operational requirements. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers and external partners to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities to expand candidate pipelines and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future openings.

Skills

Proven expertise in technical recruiting, talent management, and executive recruiting within the transportation or logistics industry. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers alike. Ability to conduct thorough interviewing sessions while demonstrating exceptional relationship management skills. Knowledge of social media management for recruiting purposes across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
