Position Summary

The Driver supports the wholesale operations team by safely and efficiently transporting products, supplies, and equipment between company facilities, partner locations, and customers. This role requires a strong focus on timeliness, compliance, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain the highest standards of safety, security, and customer service while representing the company on the road.

This position is part time and will work Monday-Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to transport wholesale orders, materials, and supplies. Load and unload vehicles, ensuring accurate order counts and proper handling of products. Verify and maintain delivery documentation, including manifests, invoices, and receipts. Adhere to all company, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation, including cannabis compliance requirements. Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure roadworthiness. Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate delays, issues, or route changes promptly. Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor with customers, vendors, and team members. Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, such as organizing inventory and preparing shipments. Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in a driving, delivery, or logistics role preferred. Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs. Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must meet all state requirements for working in the cannabis industry (including background checks).
