ECAP Solutions is seeking motivated
Driver Helpers & Furniture Assemblers
to join our growing last-mile delivery team. In this fast-paced role, you'll support drivers in transporting and assembling furniture and fitness equipment while ensuring every customer receives top-tier service. If you're energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading furniture and fitness equipment (including treadmills, ellipticals, and more) Support the driver during all delivery stops and ensure smooth, safe operations Professionally represent ECAP Solutions while delivering outstanding customer service Update the Dispatch Tracker App after each completed stop Keep the truck, tools, and delivery equipment clean, organized, and ready for use Navigate tight spaces, stairwells, and challenging delivery environments safely and efficiently Help with assembly of furniture and exercise equipment as needed
Requirements
Ability to lift 100+ lbs with a partner Experience in moving, furniture assembly, exercise equipment setup, or general labor is helpful but not required Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions Must be willing to operate as a
1099 Independent Contractor
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $150.00 - $175.00 per day
