Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver for Passenger Shuttle (PM Shift) to safely transport passengers within designated routes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, strong customer service abilities, and a commitment to safety and maintenance standards. This role is essential in providing efficient, courteous transportation services during the afternoon and evening hours, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.

Responsibilities

Operate shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently along assigned routes during the PM shift(3pm-10:30/11pm) Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service Ensure the safety of all passengers by adhering to traffic laws and company policies Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure vehicle reliability Communicate effectively with dispatch and passengers to coordinate schedules and address concerns Handle heavy lifting when necessary for passenger luggage or equipment Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle, both inside and outside, throughout shifts Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards promptly to maintenance personnel

Experience

Prior shuttle driving or delivery driver experience preferred Experience operating buses, limousines, or other commercial vehicles such as school buses or paratransit vehicles is advantageous Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures is a plus Valid driver's license appropriate for passenger transport (e.g., CDL or driver license) required Experience with heavy lifting and safe handling of passenger luggage or equipment preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
