We are seeking to find a reliable and motivated Crew Leader to join our moving team in Warrensburg, MO. As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient moves for our clients. This position requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent service.Key Responsibilities:

Assist with packing, loading, unloading, and transporting household or commercial goods. Handle furniture, appliances, and other items with care to prevent damage. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, team members, and clients. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Work collaboratively with the moving team to complete jobs on time and to client satisfaction. Maintain company equipment, including trucks, tools, and packing materials. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including professional appearance and conduct.
Qualifications:

No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Must be at least 18 years old. Physically able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more) and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license is required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and commitment to customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in moving, warehousing, or general labor. Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and safety practices. Ability to drive moving trucks (valid CDL a plus but not required).
