Duties

Load and unload luggage. Follow designated routes accurately while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with passengers and ensuring a positive experience. Practice training lessons in off-time Maintain a clean vehicle Maintain detailed delivery logs, route documentation, and reports of any incidents or delays.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Own a Nissan AWD vehicle for day-to-day passenger pick up Own a smartphone Familiarity with POS invoicing systems is a plus Availability Monday - Friday between 12:00 pm and 10:00 pm

Hours

First few weeks

Monday 2:00 - 8:00 pm
Wednesday: 5:00 - 9:30 pm

About the role:

An average day will begin with you stationed near a passenger pick-up location, where you will go over training while waiting for dispatchers to contact you about rides. Drivers are expected to maintain a welcoming, safe, and professional environment. Dispatchers will send over the route and passenger information. After rides, you will carry out accurate transactions and thank the passengers.
