Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist the crew with daily tasks, including shoveling and job site setup Serve as a spotter/watch for equipment operators Carry materials and support general job site needs Assist all crew members as needed to keep work moving efficiently Follow safety protocols and maintain a safety-minded approach at all times

Qualifications:

Ability to work a flexible schedule that may vary Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to travel, with home time on weekends Physically able to sit, stand, and perform outdoor construction work

Requirements:

CDL preferred Good driving record Communication skills Federal Med/health Card Operate Directional Drill around utilities safely Directional Drill and Locating Box
