Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve residential and light commercial drain and sewer issues


Perform drain cleaning, snaking, and hydro jetting services

Inspect drain lines using camera equipment when necessary

Identify blockages, leaks, and potential system issues

Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers

Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site

Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and local regulations
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications

Minimum of

3 years of experience

as a Drain Technician or similar role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using drain cleaning and inspection equipment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
