Position: Bulldozer Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable

Bulldozer Operator

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating heavy equipment, particularly bulldozers, and will perform a variety of tasks on construction sites. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, strict adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Duties & Responsibilities

Operate bulldozers and other heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, backhoes, and graders, to perform earthmoving tasks. Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Coordinate work activities with site supervisors and other operators to maintain smooth workflow. Execute grading, leveling, and site preparation tasks according to project specifications. Safely transport materials using dump trucks and water trucks as needed. Follow all safety regulations and protocols when operating heavy machinery. Assist with horizontal drilling operations and paving tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in operating bulldozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and dump trucks. Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and maintain equipment. Experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of industry practices. Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery and other common brands. Knowledge of tanker operations and water truck usage is a plus. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to site safety. Must be a certified, cardholding operator.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
