Job Description

We are looking for Dozer operators for our Mass Grading team. An employee in this position operates equipment including but not limited to dump trucks, front end loaders, backhoes, motor graders, skid steers, rollers, spreader boxes, pavers, and water trucks. An employee must comply with state and federal health and safety regulations and all company policies and procedures.

Proficient with most machines

Excels with group of machines

Know to to read and explain plans

How to operate GPS system

How to set up and use laser

Help ground crew with work

Meets quality requirements

Adhere to all Evans Grader and Paving policies and procedures including evaluations, discipline, vacations, and personal problems regarding employees.

Regularly communicate with supervisor: Contribute input, suggest changes, discuss problems, and provide solutions to problems. If a request is made by a supervisor other than the supervisor you usually work with, again communicate so all parties involved know about the request.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience:

Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (Preferred)
