The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)

for a permanent full-time role in Franconia, NH. This position is ideal for a therapy professional who enjoys leading teams, improving departmental performance, and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes in a skilled nursing and rehab setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department Manage therapy staff schedules, caseload distribution, and productivity Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulatory standards Support therapists with evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical guidance Promote strong communication across therapy, nursing, and administrative teams Monitor documentation accuracy and timeliness Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered environment Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development of staff

Qualifications

Licensed PT/OT/SLP or Assistant (PTA/COTA) in New Hampshire Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting preferred Strong understanding of therapy workflows, documentation, and regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused rehabilitation services
