Job Description

Job Title: Security Job Summary: We are seeking an individual to join our security team at NoBull. Security is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all patrons, staff members, and property within the bar premises. Nobull is a Smokehouse and Bar open Monday-Saturday with kitchen hours of 11am-9pm and a full bar open until 2am on Friday and Saturday, serving award-winning barbeque, homemade sides, and cocktails. On Fridays and Saturdays we have a 2-4-1 drink special from 10pm-close - During this time the bar is 21+ and security is stationed to check IDs and assist in the general operation of the establishment. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor guests as they enter and leave the bar premises, checking IDs to verify that all guests meet legal drinking age requirements
• Uphold the bar\'s policies and procedures
• Patrol the bar premises regularly to ensure that no suspicious activity is taking place
• Handle any disputes or conflicts between guests in a professional and respectful manner
• Respond promptly as a member of a team to any emergencies or incidents that may occur on the bar premises, such as fights, accidents, or medical emergencies

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in security or a related field preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and service
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
