Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, providing them with a friendly and inviting atmosphere. check IDs Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing traffic at the entrance, maintaining safety and order. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and reporting suspicious activities

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect positively with guests from various backgrounds.
