We are seeking a skilled Door & Glass Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in door and glass installation / repair, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. This role requires a willingness to learn, good customer service skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Make assessments on doors and windows needing repairs/replacements at businesses all over Arkansas. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations and repairs. Assist in building and remodeling projects involving glass components, adhering to all safety regulations. Conduct measurements and assessments to ensure accurate fitting of glass and door hardware. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized service truck that is well-stocked with regularly needed hardware..

Requirements

Proven experience as a Glass or Door Technician or in a similar role within the construction or remodeling industry. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, reading a tape measure, and other equipment necessary for glass or door installation. Strong skills in welding, electrical work, cabinet installation, metal stud framing, and fixture installation are highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job duties. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Valid driver's license and must pass a driving background check to drive a service truck.
