Job Description
Cafe Negril in New Orleans, LA is looking for one door attendant to join our 25 person strong team. We are located on 606 Frenchmen Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, charming, confident, a people pleaser, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities
Greet all potential guests walking-by with a positive attitude
Create excitement and inform all potential guests about bands & new restaurant/food
Ensure a safe environment for all visitors
Verify age of patrons as they enter as needed
Maintain an organized and tidy work area
Qualifications
Excellent listening and communication skills
Must enjoy people and enjoy a lot of banter
Ability to assess the needs of customer and provide direction
Great attention to detail
Able to remain calm and collected under heavy pressure situations
