Responsibilities

Prepare and cook donut batter using established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch Decorate donuts with icing, sprinkles, glazes, and other toppings through cake decorating techniques to create eye-catching designs Package finished donuts carefully for display or customer purchase, maintaining hygiene and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling and safety practices Assist in food production tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and operating bakery equipment Support food preparation activities for catering or special events when needed Follow all food safety regulations and proper knife skills during ingredient handling and cutting processes

Qualifications

Prior experience in baking, pastry arts, or food industry roles is highly preferred Demonstrated cake decorating skills with attention to detail Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen safety standards Strong culinary experience with a focus on baking and food preparation techniques Excellent customer service skills to engage positively with team members and customers Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality Familiarity with packaging methods suitable for baked goods and donuts
