What We're Looking For:

Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare (hospital, nursing home, or similar). Current, unrestricted RN license in Missouri. Strong knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations. Current CPR certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct nursing services and programs to maintain compliance and excellence in care. Evaluate and mentor nursing staff, ensuring competencies and teamwork. Oversee staffing schedules, budget development, and infection control initiatives. Serve as a liaison for residents, families, and medical professionals, addressing concerns promptly.
