We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, staff training, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Train, develop, and supervise staff to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality service. Handle cash management and POS operations, including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems. Implement effective food preparation and production processes to maintain quality standards. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration among staff. Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members to build a strong workforce. Develop budgets and manage financial performance to meet operational goals. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing any guest concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management. Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and culinary practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Proficiency in cash handling and experience with various POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS). Background in quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred. Experience in fine dining, casual dining, or banquet services is a plus. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with budgeting, inventory control, and staff training & development processes.
