We are seeking passionate and dedicated Dolphin Trainers to work with marine animals in a reputable aquatic facility. This role involves caring for, training, and ensuring the well-being of dolphins through positive reinforcement techniques. Responsibilities

Provide daily care and enrichment activities for dolphins to promote mental and physical health. Train dolphins using positive reinforcement methods to perform behaviors that support educational demonstrations and medical procedures. Monitor animal health and behavior, reporting any concerns to veterinary staff promptly. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs that enhance animal welfare and visitor experience. Maintain clean and safe enclosures, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and functioning correctly. Educate visitors about dolphin biology, conservation efforts, and the importance of marine life preservation during presentations and tours. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and animals at all times.

Skills

Prior experience working with marine mammals or animals in a similar setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with visitors, team members, and animals. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks. Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in animal welfare and conservation. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety procedures diligently. Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or holidays as needed.
