THIS POSITION REQUIRES WORKING A 6 HOUR SHIFT 12/24/25, 12/25/25, 12/27/25 and either 12/31/25 OR 1/1/25.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with animals, knowledge of pet care standards and be able to provide basic medical care for pets in their home. Position hour guarantee must be a MINIMAL of 20 hours per week.

WYWOPets is currently seeking

2 (TWO)

FLEXIBLE HOUR employees that will guarantee a minimal amount of hours per week and select those hours from available scheduled hours in 2 week increments. All employees, including in this position, have to work 6-8 hours EVERY holiday (you'll be able to select 3 holidays off, given by availability & seniority).

IMPORTANT: We are looking for candidates that have morning availability 6am-10am and can definitely work THURSDAYS as well as weekends!

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND WORKING VEHICLE. If license is from Wisconsin, use of a company vehicle will be granted.

MUST BE 18 years old.

This position is a combination of day care & going to client homes. There is a fair amount of cleaning up after the animals and keeping our place as well as client homes disinfected. You will have to feed & medicate animals as well. Main animals are dogs & cats. Animal restraint, handling, ability to stand for 4 hours and continually walk for 4 hours mandatory. This is a PHYSICAL job. You will have to travel to client homes at all hours that you are working, via the highway in some instances.

Because you will select your own hours, it is NOT subject to our permanent schedule bonuses for pick ups but is subject to earning PTO, per stop bonuses, supplemental gas stipend if personal car is used and tips.

PAY: Every Other Friday. Those selecting the bonus structure, bonuses paid out the first full pay period of the following month.

RATE OF PAY: Choice of $15.50/hour flat rate (no bonuses NOT subject to raises) OR $15.25/hour PLUS bonuses (expect to make $15.75-16.50/hour).

PLEASE NOTE: A raise is plotted for 01/2026.
