Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets. This role requires strong animal handling skills and the ability to work with various breeds and temperaments.

Responsibilities

Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling pets according to breed standards and client preferences. Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, providing recommendations for care and maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use. Must supply your own equipment for grooming duties. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' grooming needs, health concerns, and any behavioral issues observed during grooming sessions. Handle animals safely and compassionately, using appropriate restraint techniques when necessary. Stay updated on grooming trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.

Experience

AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF GROOMING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
