Job Description
The spa at woofmeow is looking to add an exceptional salon assistant to our team! Our salon was built on the principle of doing what is best for the pets in our care, while providing our bathers and stylists with a simple, easy, and fun work environment. We use top quality products, including bathing systems and hydraulic tables.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has confident and thorough communication, enjoys cleaning and taking on projects, professional customer engagement, is concerned about sanitation and cleanliness, good time management, and is a team player.
Job Expectations
:- Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate
- Ability to read dog body language and behavior
- Confidently wash and dry dogs of all breeds and coat types to our standard
- Answer phone calls and book appointments
- Perform and upkeep with regular cleaning duties
- Comfortable engaging with clients
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds
