Position:

This position is based onsite 100%, Hauppauge NY

:

The primary function of the individual is to be a subject matter expert regarding documentation processes. Individual will maintain an effective document control process, ensuring that all manufacturing and testing documentation is accurate, meets quality specifications and applicable customer specifications; keeping documents up to date and accurately distributed to relevant parties while meeting production demands.

Responsibilities:

Verify accuracy of part entries, BOMs, and revisions in ERP system. Create, edit and format document change instructions to modify parts, assemblies, and BOM documentation within the ERP system. Manage files to ensure current revisions are available. Contribute to improving data collection and data maintenance methods from the various systems utilized. Collaborate with appropriate departments, including engineering, production and quality, to resolve documentation discrepancies. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent project management skills. Accurate, organized, and detailed. Must be able to complete work assignments with minimal supervision. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work in fast-paced environment Effective communication skills; verbal and written Ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately and efficiently
