This role will be accountable for the implementation of existing document control specifications. Assist all departments with scanning documentation and digitally maintaining files.
Maintain detailed company records
Create documentation requested by all departments
Create and file data packs as needed
Scan all documents in specified files
Create notes and documentation
Shred paperwork once filed correctly
General administrative and clerical support
Work closely with all departments
All other duties assigned
The main office is located in Alexandria, LA.
The hours can be flexible part time or full time.
