WHAT YOU WILL DO





This position resides in our Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate Division and managing staff, supporting department workflow, client deliverables, invoicing, and client relationships. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



Manage and support document staff and administrative personnel across the department Manage department invoice forecasting, salesforce, reporting, and transmittals Manage department and client escrow and financial accounts Oversee department workload, task delegation, and performance to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met Responsible for getting project manager approval and invoice submission to clients Manage and update ROW project databases Project deadline and accountability tracking Coordinate department and cross department workflow to promote collaboration Oversee the creation, organization, and QA/QC of ROW documents Coordinate with project managers to align billing with project progress and documentation Assists with client communication, project updates, and product delivery Supports project managers and assists with project processes/tasks Reviewing and proofing quality for final products and deliverables Crafting professional correspondences for product transmittals Review and request title work and ownership documents Support file management, storage, and turn over process Coordinate with project managers and land agents to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely distribution of all necessary documents Completing special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and adjusting plans Other duties as assigned

Preferred Training and Skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT





At Steigerwaldt, we offer a Remote-Friendly Hybrid Work Model for our staff.

The position is 100% office work

, with potential for office/home hybrid work at a later date.

COMPENSATION





Compensation commensurate with experience.

POSTING DATE





October 15, 2025. Position will be filled within one to three months. Interviews will be scheduled throughout this time period. Expected start is dependent upon candidate availability. Please note that these positions may be filled sooner, as there is flexibility in the start date.
