We are looking for outstanding team members with sales ability! Primarily evening shifts available. All team members work a combination of weekday and weekend hours. Excellent opportunity for students!

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team! Must be out-going, talkative, and driven to meet sales goals. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests while driving sales!

Here are some of the things you'll be doing:

Engaging with customers and providing outstanding customer service.

Greeting mall patrons with a warm smile, offering samples, suggesting flavor combinations, asking for the sale, upselling additional items. Providing an exceptional experience that creates repeat business.

Here are some of the things you'll be doing:

Engaging with customers and providing outstanding customer service.

Greeting customers with a warm smile, communicating to ensure you are meeting customer needs and providing an exceptional experience. Actively sampling to patrons in the mall in order to spread the word about our brand.

Preparing popcorn to specifications.

Executing various recipes to create a consistent product with each and every batch.

Upselling.

Driving sales by offering bigger bag sizes, telling customers about the value of our refillable items, offering additional snacks and drinks, building customer rapport to drive repeat business.

Maintaining a clean work environment.

Sweeping/Mopping and maintaining popcorn kettle and additional kiosk equipment.

Stocking product.

Must be able to lift 50lb bags of corn/sugar without assistance when needed.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop valuable skills in the food service industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.70 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
