Overview



Do Overs, Bozeman's best secondhand store, is seeking two co-managers to lead us in 2026 and beyond. It is highly likely we will hire internally for at least one of the positions, but we wanted to open it up and see if there are leaders out there who could be a great fit. We have a dynamic staff of 30+ across all our enterprises, and we need leaders who are people-centered, adaptable, learning and growth-oriented, and humble, with a high sense of integrity and personal responsibility, in addition to a kick-ass work ethic. Our co-managers will be working together (schedule TBD) to ensure the business runs smoothly on a daily basis, understand and implement company culture, values, and goals; oversee warehouse operations, and help strategize and plan for the future. Qualifications & Skills



Previous experience in retail/secondhand stores is helpful. Previous experience in people development, whether through teaching, management, or any other experience, is what we are really after. High level of organization, attention to detail, and computer skills. Must agree with the basic philosophy of the business, company values, and be willing to teach and champion those things for others. Must have a strong desire to support others and develop their talents, and embrace the philosophy of servant leadership. Must be a student of leadership, someone with a growth mindset, who is truly interested in learning and growing as a leader. Someone who is excited about leadership, really into it. Prefer someone who is interested in a long term commitment, and plans to be here through 2026 at the very minimum.

Primary Job Duties



Running the Store:

Act as co-shift lead on consistent days of the week, working together with shift leads to ensure things run smoothly, get the most out of your team, and troubleshoot daily issues and concerns.

Scheduling & Staffing:

Participate in scheduling and staffing for the stores.

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

This means understanding the operation from a big picture level, and working with others to make sure the warehouse stays organized, that we are processing the right stuff at the right times and getting seasonal merchandise out on the floor, and helping the staff to understand and execute these plans daily, weekly, and monthly.

People Development:

Be committed to having a positive relationship with everyone on staff, supporting and developing others, and giving feedback to help people grow. Be a liaison between staff and other leaders, so that minor problems are recognized and addressed before they become major.

Conflict Resolution:

Recognize and address issues with staff and anything else that comes up.

Business Oversight:

Participate in major decisions by sharing your opinion and experience. Help to facilitate business plans and goals and take responsibility for outcomes.

Other duties as needed:

This is a flexible, in development position, and we may add, subtract, or change duties according to people's preferences and talents, or due to changing needs of the business.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,359.36 - $60,647.83 per year
