The DMV Customer Contact Center located in Bladen County provides information pertaining to vehicle titling and licensing, driver license services, liability insurance, and safety/emissions inspections to the general public. Work is performed in a fast-paced, performance-based call center environment responding to inquiries via phone and e-mail. This position responds to inquiries statewide received via fax, relative to all phases of Vehicle Registration. Mainly serving the contractual customers as well as receiving all incoming faxes for the telephone agents and delivering the fax to the appropriate agent. Responses are in accordance with the Motor Vehicle General Statutes, DMV rules and regulations, and the Privacy Protection Act. This service is performed in a customer service-oriented manner. This position manages the distribution of workflow to other units requiring action to be taken discovered by the phone agents in the Customer Contact Center.

Grade: NC02 Salary Range: $31,200 - $49,340
