POSITION SUMMARY



We are seeking a Certified Pedorthist (CPed) to lead and expand our Diabetic Shoe and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) program. This role blends

hands-on patient care

with

program development and operational oversight

, supporting our mobile providers in the field while also managing product selection, ordering workflows, compliance, and documentation standards.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in both clinical work and system building, someone who is comfortable assessing patients directly and also shaping a scalable, efficient DME service line that delivers meaningful outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Conduct patient assessments of feet and lower limbs to identify support, alignment, and offloading needs Design, select, fit, and adjust diabetic footwear, orthotics, braces, and related DME products Educate patients and caregivers on proper foot care, device use, and follow-up expectations Travel with mobile providers to patient visits across designated service areas Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and clinical leadership to ensure appropriate and coordinated care Develop standardized workflows, documentation practices, and inventory/ordering procedures for the DME program Maintain accurate and compliant patient records, documentation, and product logs Monitor vendor partnerships, product lines, and reimbursement requirements to ensure program sustainability Help train internal team members on DME processes and best practices Stay current on advances in pedorthics, orthotics, and diabetic foot care standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR



Certification as a

Certified Pedorthist (CPed)

required Minimum

2 years of experience

in pedorthic care, orthotics, or related specialty Experience working in a clinical or patient-care environment Strong patient communication and education skills Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively across clinical teams Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts Commitment to delivering exceptional, compassionate patient care Comfortable in a dynamic, growth-stage healthcare environment Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
