We're hiring a

Division Manager

to lead a team of auditors, oversee inventory accuracy, and maintain excellent client relationships.

What You'll Do

Lead and support your audit team during inventory counts in convenience stores Ensure all audits are accurate, on time, and meet client expectations Communicate effectively with store managers and clients Create and manage team schedules and client audit plans Provide training, feedback, and ongoing support to your team Maintain regular communication with leadership and report results

Schedule & Travel

Hours:

Monday-Friday, onsite around 6 AM and typically ending the day around 1 PM - 5 PM (varies by business need)

Travel:

Within a 3-hour radius using your own reliable transportation

What You'll Bring

Leadership experience with strong organization and communication skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for long periods Comfort working in coolers and freezers Reliable car, valid driver's license, and active insurance Access to Wi-Fi (company laptop provided) High School Diploma or GED Must pass a motor vehicle check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
