Construction Materials Testing (CMT) division

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations while fostering teamwork, innovation, and positive morale. Build and maintain strong client relationships through site visits, project updates, and proposal preparation. Review RFPs and prepare competitive proposals and bids. Ensure staffing compliance by scheduling qualified technical staff for projects. Oversee quality assurance, customer service inquiries, and job progress documentation. Develop and implement training programs to promote professional growth. Collaborate with HR on hiring, retention, and performance management. Conduct peer reviews of technical reports and submittals. Mentor and manage both technical and administrative staff. Monitor and report on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

EIT or PE license a plus, but not required.

Proven experience in construction materials testing, inspection, or construction management. Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. Experience in staff development, HR processes, and client service. Ability to manage multiple projects, proposals, and client demands simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits
