Job Functions/Responsibilities:
% 50 Customer Experience: Serve customers through outbound and inbound calls. Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships working with customers and collaborating with other team members. Gather and record pertinent information to identify customer needs, process credit, obtain customer documentation, explain loan options at a high level. Educate customers on the general terms and conditions of our loans to ensure a clear understanding. Ensure positive customer experience by working with a sense of urgency to meet demand, displaying professionalism in interactions, and providing seamless handoffs to branches.
% 15 Business Development: Build and cultivate new and present customer and business relationships, working with customers through the loan application process and delivering results related to individual and district goals.
% 15 District Support and Operations: Enhance the culture that fosters district team cohesion and collaboration. Provide capacity stabilization in partnership with branch staff and perform all other duties as assigned by management, for example: verifications and general loan servicing.
% 10 Training: Actively engage in and complete all required training activities within set deadlines.
% 10 Compliance: Adheres to OneMain policies and procedures in all transactions.
