Job Description


This position serves as the District Right-of-Way Manager for the Missoula District. The position performs administrative, supervisory, and complex technical work in managing the Right of Way Unit. The position is responsible for planning, directing and monitoring right of way activities for district wide projects; administering unit operations; and performing a variety of other duties as assigned. This position may be based out of either the Missoula or Kalispell Division Office.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

The required knowledge and skills are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate transactions. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of supervision or team lead experience. Experience in property appraisal and/or eminent domain acquisitions is preferred.

Certifications, licensure, or other credentials include: n/a

Alternative qualifications include: Any combination of additional related work experience and education equivalent to the minimum qualifications.
