We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a District Porter in the

Tampa, FL

area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and is looking to earn supplemental income with a flexible evening schedule.

What You'll Do:

? Collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps throughout your assigned communities nightly across the area including surrounding markets.

? Transport collected waste to the community's onsite compactor or dumpster using your open-bed pickup truck or a company provided truck (in certain circumstances).

? Ensure broom swept cleanliness of compactor and trash chute areas.

? Provide courteous and professional interactions with community residents.

? Change dog station and common area waste bags.

Compensation:

$150 per day

$125 per day for any Friday/Saturday coverage W2 employment position Pay issued via direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month A valid bank account is required for payroll processing

Schedule & Hours:

Main working hours: are 6pm - 2am Sunday through Thursday / 6pm - 11pm Friday & Saturday

Must work: 2 weekends per month*
Shift duration: you must be available for above on call hours but most shifts will average 4-6 hours. average: 25-35 hours weekly, with potential for additional shifts depending on performance and availability Maximum: Up to 5 shifts per week available

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

Truck: you may be provided with a company truck. To be eligible you must have 4+ years of clean driving experience. Technology: A smartphone with an active data plan (for route communication and task verification). Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and work in varying weather conditions without assistance.
