Position Overview:
We are seeking an dynamic and results-driven District Managers to oversee a total of 3 Verizon Wireless stores in the Boston suburban area. District Manager will be responsible for three stores, with a core mission to coach, motivate, and lead store teams toward outstanding performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Coaching & Development:
Provide ongoing coaching and training to store managers and their teams, ensuring they are equipped to meet and exceed Verizon's performance metrics.Motivational Leadership:
Inspire and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a high level of team morale.Performance Management:
Monitor and analyze store performance data and biometrics provided by Verizon. Implement strategies to improve key performance indicators and drive consistent growth across all managed locations.Operational Excellence:
Ensure that each store within your district operates smoothly, adheres to company policies, and delivers a consistent and high-quality customer experience.Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-unit or district manager role. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a passion for developing teams. Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement actionable improvements. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
