Overview
Experienced District Manager wanted for 2 mobile Home Communities in Roseburg, OR.
Previous property management experience is required , prior mobile home park management is preferred.
Responsibilities include
Resident Relations & Retention, Rent Collection & Delinquency management including the court eviction process
Thorough Knowledge of federal, state, & Local laws pertaining to fair housing .
Maintain physical operations by conduction frequent grounds/home inventory inspections
Maintain financial operations and adhere to budgetary guidelines
Coordinate maintenance issues
Utilizing property management software(Rent Manager)
Working knowledge of Outlook
