About the Role
We are a growing KFC franchise group seeking an experienced
District Manager
to oversee multiple restaurants in the Reno/Northern Nevada area. The District Manager leads General Managers, drives operational excellence, ensures brand standards, and delivers strong financial results. You will be an operating partner with profit sharing option as part of sweat equity + competitive salary.Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations for multiple KFC locations Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams Drive sales growth and manage labor, food cost, and profitability Ensure compliance with KFC brand standards and food safety Conduct regular store visits with clear action plans Lead staffing, training, and performance management Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and restaurant cleanliness
Requirements
3+ years of
multi-unit management
experience (QSR preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to improve operations and build high-performing teams Valid driver's license and reliable transportationKFC/Yum! Brands experience is a strong plus.
