Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple district locations, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase sales
- Supervise and provide guidance to store managers, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with company standards
- Lead and participate in meetings with store managers to communicate goals, objectives, and expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a retail or multi-location environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate teams
- Demonstrated business development skills with a track record of driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
- Flexibility to travel between district locations as needed
