Position Summary

As a District Manager, you'll oversee multiple Jiffy Lube service centers, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and outstanding customer service. You'll be responsible for driving performance, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Store Managers across your district Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to meet performance goals Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls Drive customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

3+ years of multi-unit management experience (automotive or retail preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Proven ability to analyze data and drive results Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the district
