Position Summary:

The District Manager (DM) will recruit, lead, motivate and develop a team of Site Managers to assure performance targets are achieved. Implement strategies and projections to increase revenue and growth for the assigned territory. You will help Sites stay up to date with company policies and you will ensure focus on increasing sales and building productive customers' relations. You will be in charge of district's day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Drive quality and excellent customer service standards through the daily management of assigned territory.
Ensure company goals and initiatives are met. (Volumes/Revenues/Labor/Chemical)
Monitor sites for cleanliness, value and service evaluations to ensure company standards and procedures are maintained through site checklists and training follow-up.
Drive sales/volumes by directing site sales/promotional efforts for assigned territory.
Supports recruiting, hiring and retention efforts for site teams.
Review weekly and bi-weekly site hours worked to maintain in labor budget.
Communicates and enforces company policies and procedures including promotional and disciplinary actions.
Create and promote a safe and positive work environment while effectively executing the company safety program within assigned district.
Effectively communicates with the Ohio Car Wash Operations Team on progress of all focus points including but not limited to volume, labor, retention and hiring efforts.
Act as a liaison between the company headquarters and the area's site locations by making regular visits and interacting with management
Lead a team of site managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
Report to senior executives on progress and issues
Recruiting, training and disciplining site managers; assisting site managers with Recruiting, training and disciplining team members
Assisting Site Managers in the development of team members
Ensuring operational efficiency in each site.
Ensuring that the sites under their supervision adhere to company and industry regulations.
Ensuring that all sites meet safety and cleanliness standards.
Monitoring each site's P&L reports.
Addressing operational problems that arise.
Ensuring that customer service levels are consistent across sites.
Making recommendations to senior management.
Performs all other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
5 + direct employee reports & 40 + indirect employee reports
Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision
Organizing workflow and ensuring that direct and indirect employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Monitoring direct and indirect employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Good practical experience with MS Office
Strong organizational and leadership skills? together with a results-driven approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
* High School Diploma; additional bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
