Job Description

Boost Mobile is expanding, and is seeking a District Manager to oversee sales and operations across multiple retail locations throughout Raleigh/Durham and Goldsboro. You will apply your experience to drive business success as if it were your own. From overseeing sales & operations to fostering a vibrant store culture, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to innovate and excel in retail. You will lead by example, build and develop strong teams, and ensure every store delivers exceptional customer experiences while meeting performance, compliance and profitability goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Lead, inspire, and manage all aspects of multiple store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and marketing. Demonstrate high energy and strong decision-making skills to build sales momentum and lead by example. Conduct frequent store visits to inspire, train, and enforce compliance. Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top-performing employees while managing district-wide staffing levels Actively supervise and mentor Store Managers, ensuring alignment with district goals. Plan, delegate, and communicate key responsibilities to maintain smooth district operations. Drive sales growth and operational excellence through new initiatives and best practices. Collaborate with senior leadership to apply entrepreneurial strategies that drive district success. Maintain accountability for recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability. Resolve customer issues to enhance the Boost Mobile experience. Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Back-Office teams to stay ahead of industry trends. Maintain high standards of merchandising, displays, and store appearance & Cleanliness across all locations. Provide regular, clear communication of objectives, priorities, and performance expectations. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide timely performance feedback. Oversee inventory management through daily and monthly audits. Create and maintain store schedules at or under labor budget. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by business management.

QUALIFICATIONS:



High School Diploma/GED requiredBachelor's degree preferred 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales 2-4 years in sales and sales management experience Strong leadership, organizational, and coaching skills. Experience with Microsoft Office - Excel, work, Powerpoint Previous multi-unit management experience in retail or wireless preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor. At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
