Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic District Front of House Manager to lead and inspire our hospitality teams across multiple locations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage service, and seamless team management. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, and foster a vibrant, welcoming environment that delights guests and supports staff development. Responsibilities

Lead and manage front-of-house teams across all assigned locations, including supervising staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure consistent service quality. Oversee daily restaurant operations, POS system management, cash handling procedures, and inventory control to optimize efficiency and minimize waste. Manage shift operations by coordinating staff assignments, monitoring service flow, and resolving guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Maintain strong relationships with vendors for inventory replenishment and quality assurance of food products. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service; handle escalated guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Support recruitment efforts through interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members to build a talented workforce. Hiring, scheduling, staff training, liquor inventory, read and analyze daily, monthly and yearly financial reports, develop gaming strategies, and create a great environment for both guests and employees. OVERSEE entire taverns front and back of house. MUST BE ABLE TO BARTEND.

Skills

THIS INDIVIDUAL MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YRS LOCAL GAMING EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE PRIOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. MUST ENJOY BEING FRONT OF HOUSE AS THIS POSTION INCLUDES WORKING BAR SHIFTS.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
